Staying flexible at work is the key to building good relationships in the workplace and often leads to more success. 
Suggestions on how to respect a co-worker’s space, even though you may think it’s actually YOUR space. 
The benefits of telecommuting are obvious: no wasted hours sitting in traffic jams commuting to the office, more flexible work hours and time for family commitments, fewer office politics, less money spent on business attire, etc. 
Too often, getting a task done at work is clouded with all sorts of bad judgment. 
Listening is a skill—and a very important one in worklife. 
Give yourself permission from the start to be flexible with your times and deadlines wherever possible. 
When do you start your group interaction? When you meet its members. So keep in mind that your introduction is all important.
